Highly motivated and enthusiastic RAN engineer, working at T-Mobile HQ in the Radio Access Network Design team. I enjoy working on new products, solving problems, digging deep to understand unique concepts and, creating solutions. At T-Mobile, I design the cellular site configurations, design lab and field configuration validations for Next-Gen Hardware products as well as Software feature releases. Currently working on 5G Strategy and Network design, mmWave, Massive-MIMO, C-RAN, HetNet Design, and Deployment, LAA, and 600 MHz Low-band network design and deployment program.At Ericsson, I worked as a Solutions Manager in a customer focused - Technical Sales Solutions team. I worked to improvise upcoming Antenna systems, radios and RBS Site Solutions with special concentration towards Small cells/Heterogeneous networks. I was responsible for regular communication with the one of the top 3 operators of USA, to understand the requirement of their growing network, solving challenging problems and providing them with future-proof evolution strategies.Prior to Ericsson, I completed my Masters of Sciences in Electrical engineering from the University of South Florida (USF), with concentration of wireless networks and circuits. Before starting masters, I worked as an Information Security Consultant with AKS Information Technology Services Pvt Ltd, India. I have got extensive knowledge by leaning and performing information technology security audits and penetrate testing.My self motivation, a strong desire to learn, ability to perform in a team with minimal guidance and a passion for wireless communication has made me a key member of the projects I have worked in.Specialties: Radio Access Network, Centralized-RAN, 5G, Radio Base Stations, Small Cells, Radio site solutions, Site configurations, Customer interface.
