I teach History because I believe it is one of the most radical things you can do, help a young person understand the world they inherited, question it, and imagine it differently. With 8 years of experience teaching senior school students across IGCSE, ICSE, ISC and CBSE curricula, my background in Modern History, Comparative Religion and Women\'s Studies shapes how I teach. With nuance, with multiple perspectives and with deep respect for voices history has often left out. I hold First Class degrees in both History and Education and am Cambridge CAIE Certified in teaching IGCSE History. Alongside teaching, I have serve as a Housemaster, Assistant Housemaster, TEDx Youth Advisor, MUN Trainer and Editor of a student-produced History magazine. Outside the classroom I am a backpacker, photographer, blogger and design enthusiast. Someone who finds meaning in stories, cultures and conversations that challenge the comfortable and who brings that same spirit into every lesson.
