   Team: Amazon Connect Chat- Drove development of a mission-critical “Manager Barge-In” feature, building resilient front-end experiences, designing a distributed load testing framework (Python + Locust) to mimic agent and supervisor behaviors in chat, and identifying a blocker that prevented a large-scale outage pre-launch- Invented and deployed a high-performance log-scrubbing tool, cutting PII masking times for CloudWatch logs from 12 hours to 30 seconds through parallel Lambda orchestration via Step functions, now used across multiple Amazon Connect teams for privacy and compliance at scale- Designed and implemented cross-service optimizations to reduce high-volume redundant DynamoDB writes, improving chat performance for Amazon’s largest support channel during peak load- Led resolution of a high-severity race condition in chat flow execution for Amazon Connect, reducing duplicate chat contact flow executions by ~96%, and improving system reliability across millions of user interactions- Developed a CORS validation test suite for all ACPS API Gateway endpoints, preventing multi-region API failures, and identified a legacy config bug missed for 3+ years—leading to permanent fixes and SOP changes in regional onboarding- Collaborated on Amazon Connect’s Tokyo–Osaka instance replication launch, ensuring Connect Chat’s compatibility with cross-region replication, improving fault tolerance and availability for high-priority enterprise workloads in Japan- Consistently led and been a part of multi-team collaborations, authored detailed design docs, and owned deployments across core Amazon Connect systems, delivering high-impact, customer-facing features at scale.
