About Me & Journey of YogaProfessionally I was a Management student and I ended up working in the corporate banking sector. I wasn\'t happy at all with sitting jobs because it never gave me work satisfaction at the end of the day!I left jobs only for my passion.Passion for Yoga! I always wanted to work in something that keeps me active and energetic the whole day long. That\'s when I realized it\'s already in me and I\'m already doing it but not professionally, then decided to be a professional Yoga Instructor!I have completed my TTC (teacher training course)Yoga from S-Vyasa Bangalore University!I became an International Certified Yoga Trainer!I have been teaching yoga for more than 2years now!I worked with the International fitness industry named Curefit private limited in Bangalore as a Yoga Teacher! During this pandemic situation, we offered free Yoga online live sessions for those who really want to practice and learn Yoga & also people have joined us throughout India! Considering the current pandemic situation it has been observed that people are not aware of their mental & physical health; so we have decided to offer live online sessions especially for corporate people to improve their mental as well as physical well being, in result to improve their personal work efficiency without any stress.We offer the first three Yoga sessions for free & the time limit for every session will be a minimum of 60minutes.The classes will be conducted through preferable online applications.Our goal is to maintain Indian Tradition & people to be Fit mentally as well as physically! Our mission is to offer knowledge, training, and the environment to realize one’s full potential and bring a qualitative transformation in ourselves!
