I have worked with a diverse range of companies in various industries, including manufacturing, trading, FMCG, confectionery, refrigerant, electric appliances, startup financing, and chemical and plasticizers. Throughout my career, I have been responsible for performing comprehensive statutory audits, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial statements. I have conducted vouching, verification of assertions, analytical procedures, cut-off procedures, and other necessary tasks to provide independent audit reports. My expertise extends to the preparation and finalization of financial statements in accordance with applicable accounting standards and the Companies Act, 2013. In addition to statutory audits, I have also conducted internal audits, evaluating processes such as Procure to Pay, Order to Cash, and Cash Management. I have meticulously checked controls, performed necessary workings, and prepared internal audit reports to enhance operational efficiency and risk management within organizations. Another area of my expertise lies in stock audits, where I have successfully verified and valued raw materials, work-in-progress, finished goods, and other assets. I have prepared comprehensive stock audit reports, ensuring the accuracy of inventory records and providing valuable insights for better inventory management. When it comes to taxation, I have a deep understanding of income tax and GST laws. I have filed income tax returns for individuals, partnership firms, associations, trusts, and companies. I have also handled various tax-related matters, including TDS/TCS, ESIC, EPF reconciliation, and drafting replies to income tax orders and notices. My knowledge of tax laws and proficiency in using tax preparation and filing software have enabled me to deliver accurate and compliant tax solutions. In terms of technical and IT skills, I am proficient in MS Office applications such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. I am well-versed in accounting ERP systems, including Tally Prime, Tally ERP9, customized software, and BUSY.
