Functional Areas:\\\\n• Closely monitor, oversee and maintain the condition of the factory’s Instrumentation Section at all sites.\\\\n• Responsible for identifying and troubleshooting of Instrumentation faults.\\\\n• Handle responsibilities in developing the guidelines and procedures of preventive maintenance and execute the same to reduce the breakdown time.\\\\n• Co-ordinate with Production & Utility departments for the proper function of Plants.\\\\n• Instrumentation Department Spares Management & Inventory.\\\\n• Implement a wide variety of solutions to improve and increase the productivity.\\\\n• Supervise and to deliver training to subordinates, technical personnel engaged in Instrumentation at miscellaneous Plants / Sites activities.\\\\n• Responsible of all Calibration (In house & External both) work for I.S.O. 9001, I.S.O. 14001, OHSAS 18001 / ISO 45001, ISO-IMS documentation.\\\\n• Overall responsible for planning, heading and co-ordination for Instrumentation related Projects, Modifications and Automation jobs.\\\\n• Co-ordinate with Purchase for searching & dealing with sales & servicing Vendors.\\\\n• Performs Instrumentation related all works as & when required.\\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n
