HR Technology Vendor Management. Design, implement, enhance and maintain end-to-end secure file transmissions between Human Resources department and HR vendors. Implement regulatory driven file system upgrades, and ensure business runs sans any breakages. Coordinate synchronised IT implementations with stakeholders spread across the globe. Design of an adoption work flow for System Owners and Developers to follow in order to integrate Static Code Analysis within their DevOps pipelines with minimal disruption and best results - in terms of identification and remediation of code vulnerabilities. Pre-empt potential adoption issues and ensure the same get rectified by working with Fortify and Continuous Integration tool owners within the Firm.Workday Security. Retrospective analysis of Workday Security Architecture implementation, including analysis of logs to determine data sensitivity requirements. Investigation and documentation of Insider Threat Management Program workflows. Analysis of Security Monitoring tools available with Client. Define an Integration Architecture for:1. Filtering and flowing Workday Security data into Security Monitoring tools2. Regular analysis of Security incidents based on events and/or behaviour3. Remediation actions to be performed in case of potential and/or actual data breaches. Work with global stakeholders on a routine basis. Provide oversight on effectiveness of implementation of proposed solutions. Ensure timelines are honored
