ABOUT PRIYANANDINI SARKAR

As a Project Delivery Manager at BMI Group, I lead and manage complex and large-scale ERP implementation projects, ensuring successful delivery within scope, time, and budget. With over 15 years of experience in program management and business process improvement, I have a proven track record of delivering high-quality and customer-centric solutions that enhance operational efficiency and performance. I have extensive expertise in SAP, Workday, and Anaplan systems, and I leverage my skills and knowledge to design and develop integrations, data synchronisation, and reporting capabilities that meet the business needs and objectives of the clients. I also collaborate with stakeholders, vendors, and teams to gather requirements, define project plans, and facilitate workshops and meetings. Additionally, I hold certifications in Six Sigma, ITIL, and PRINCE2, and I apply best practices and methodologies to ensure project governance, risk management, and quality control. I\'ve had a varied career to-date but in recent years I have focused on project management primarily with SAP based projects. The projects I work on tend to be from £100k to 2m+ internationally based projects. If you asked people who have worked with me they would tell you that I am good at building cohesive teams, trusted relationships with key project stakeholders and ensuring that there are no surprises during the roll out of the project and I clearly call out the Risks. What I really love about my job is that I have such good relationships with my stakeholders that they trust me to get the job done. I believe in giving back to society and work with may charity organisations outside of work, talking to the vulnerable, helping with their bits and bobs. I also play an active role in a socio-cultural charity organisation based in Reading.
