I am Priyamvada, a passionate career consultant, educationist, and test-prep trainer from Kolkata, dedicated to transforming and empowering students and professionals in their careers since 2010.A graduate in Arts from Calcutta University and a postgraduate from the University of Cambridge (UK) in Career Counselling and Special Education, I also hold multiple global certifications — including the British Council for IELTS, ETS (USA) for TOEFL and GRE Verbal, and Pearson for PTE.I was honoured to be selected among the Top 100 Women Leaders in Asia for the British Council Platinum Jubilee Women in Leadership Project (2022), under the Leadership for Gender Equality program. I have further enriched my professional and leadership expertise through the IIM Calcutta Master Class for Women Leaders (2024) and Universal AI’s AI-Powered Leadership Program (2025).These experiences have enabled me to bring a global perspective to teaching, mentoring, and counselling. Over the years, I have personally counselled more than students and trained over 2,500 learners across various entrance tests, helping them achieve their academic and career goals.In 2014, I founded Education & You — a platform offering personalised one-on-one career and admission counselling, test preparation, and skill development. My guiding philosophy is to help individuals preserve their passion while strengthening their professional pathway, empowering them through education, confidence-building, and capacity development.A lifelong learner and avid reader, I also actively engage in community service initiatives, particularly in skill development, women’s empowerment, and social awareness. These engagements are a two-way learning process for me, enriching both my perspective and my purpose.
