Throughout my career, my success has been deeply intertwined with fostering strong relationships with governmental bodies, local NGOs, consumer advocates and pivotal stakeholders at the intersection of health care and public policy.Effectively advocating for policies, navigating governmental actions, and addressing inquiries from consumers or authorities demands a commitment to being proactive, transparent, and collaborative. By cultivating relationships and leveraging subject matter expertise, I helped: secure program funding, build and manage health care assistance programs for underserved communities, fundraise internationally for a women’s non-profit that provided critical financial literacy to women from developing countries, and influence significant policy reforms with both federal and state government leaders. With over two decades of experience in domains such as non-profit Program Development and Management, Advocacy, Compliance and Regulatory Affairs, and Government Relations, my network spans all departments and hierarchical levels within my company, as well as extends to regulatory bodies, policymakers, key opinion formers (KOFs), and other external stakeholders.
