In the role of Programme Coordinator for the High Performing Teams program, I lead day-to-day project management for nearly 50 global teams, while designing effective communication strategies. I oversee communications and support the pilot launch of the AI talent marketplace, focusing on content curation and intranet page development, and collaborate with developers to ensure optimal user interface and experience. Additionally, I work with affiliated consultancies to align project goals and deliverables, contribute to the development of global presentations for the Organizational Development function, and manage various communication initiatives across multiple project streams, with a strong emphasis on Learning and Development and Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI).
