I\'m Priyam, a performance marketer who\'s grown up in the paid search world — from building campaigns from scratch at a startup to managing complex, multi-million dollar accounts at Google Operations Centre. My day-to-day lives somewhere between strategy and spreadsheets, and honestly, I wouldn\'t have it any other way.Over the years, I\'ve had the chance to work across some interesting verticals — fintech, Fortune 500 tech, and government — managing budgets that range from scrappy to significant ($36.8M, to be specific). Some work I\'m proud of: helping deliver $62.5M in search headroom projections, achieving 105% ROAS during Black Friday for a key client, and building processes that made the whole team more efficient during peak periods. Six awards along the way have been a nice reminder that the work is landing. Outside of campaigns, I enjoy thinking about what makes marketing actually work — why some strategies scale and others plateau, how teams can do more with the same budget, and where paid search fits into the bigger growth picture.
