Leading the Product management function for Citibank Retail bank, Wealth management domain, this comprises of 5 subdomains namely Investments, Insurance, Treasury products, Margin & Lending & Wealth management sales tool. For each of these sub streams, I manage the product roadmap and subsequent heat map. As a Governor of the capabilities under this domain I ensure : “Build the bank” initiatives are aligned with the Product roadmap, sufficient guiding principles are set for the architecture and delivery teams. I have the review and approval for all the functional or requirement solution artefacts. This is a individual performing strategic role partnering withthe cross product architects, solution and design heads and Business product owners and C level executives to define the strategy for wealth product.Achievements: 1. Helping configuring the the processes for product management and defining the product management evolution for GCT.2. Creating the product roadmaps and heatmaps.3. Review and approve functional specification for all Investments, Insurance, Margin lending tracker and Treasury products.4. Streamlined the Agile Product solution function for wealth management domain.
