Co-developed Geotab’s global packaging and labeling standards and created label artwork and packaging proposals for various hardware products. I work closely with cross-functional teams including product design, hardware, legal, certification, and operations to ensure alignment, compliance, and a consistent user experience across all our products.Designed and prototyped new feature concepts for MyGeotab using the Zenith Design System, creating user flows and high-fidelity mockups on Figma to support fleet management interfaces.Synthesized feedback from Connect 2025 and other workshops into key themes around safety, maintenance, and driver workflows. With these we built out detailed personas for roles like Maintenance Manager and Admin, and translated insights into design inputs for internal tools.
