ABOUT PRIYAL PUJARA
I am currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Cell and Gene Therapies at Northeastern University, possessing a robust background in biotechnology, molecular biology, and protein biochemistry. My research is concentrated on protein purification, molecular cloning, and developing therapeutics for gene and cell therapies.Through my research internship, I worked on protein-protein interactions and structural characterization, optimizing purification protocols for high-yield expression. Additionally, I explored nanotechnology applications, studying selenium nanoparticles\' antimicrobial properties.I have expertise in chromatography (HPLC, affinity purification), spectroscopic techniques (UV-Vis, FTIR), cell culture, and molecular biology assays. Passionate about translational research and therapeutic innovation, I aim to contribute to biopharmaceutical development and regenerative medicine.
