   Joined Costco\'s IT Data Science team to enhance business decision-making by analyzing customer sentiment. Web scraped 200K+ reviews and social media comments, cleaned and preprocessed data using lemmatization/tokenization, created automated pipeline to scrape for future, and applied LDA for text processing used NLP models like VADER, BERT. Used JIRA Agile for project management to drive insights and enhance customer experience.Currently working on improvising model and Chatbot development.
