As a Legal Counsel at Responsive, I negotiate and draft customer and vendor contracts, ensuring accuracy and compliance with legal and business requirements. I also conduct legal reviews of old contracts and advise the procurement and business stakeholders on potential legal risks and mitigation strategies. In addition, I coordinate the gathering of information from various departments and work with external legal counsel on specific matters.I worked as a Legal Counsel at Edifecs Technologies where I negotiated and drafted customer and vendor contracts (including reviewing, issue-spotting, and reviewed statements of work, amendments, agreements, and other legal documents). I worked as a Legal Manager at IndusInd Bank and VIS Legal, where I handled complex contract negotiations with different law firms, liaising with internal stakeholders, and provided legal support on various business initiatives and projects. I also have multiple internships in different legal domains, such as IPR, insurance, criminal, and women\'s rights.
