Since I\'m working in the Founder\'s Office at Softknack Technologies, I basically get to be a part of what moves the company forward as a whole and not just in a specific department.I also find myself spending a lot of time trying to balance strategy and execution. I work closely with the leadership team, help facilitate decision-making and make sure that problems aren\'t missed when multiple projects are being completed at the same time.Softknack itself focuses on lead generation, professional photography, digital branding and website development for companies.For me, I\'m learning something new every day in this position. It\'s the fact that I get to build systems, solve real-world problems and get to work with a team that cares about development.
