At Accenture, I maintain and support the OneSource Indirect Tax Determination (OITD) tool, formerly SABRIX, integrated with SAP and other external interfaces like DEX, RADAR etc. — ensuring every invoice reflects precise tax calculations and flows reliably into SAP’s financial ledgers across global operations. As the first line of support, I investigate discrepancies, debug complex data flows, and resolve issues ranging from routine configuration errors to high-priority system outages, keeping critical business processes running seemlessly. The system I manage is mission-critical, underpinning both operational continuity and regulatory compliance. Any disruption can halt procurement, invoicing, or other essential workflows, or expose the business to significant compliance risk and costly audits. Maintaining system logic and resolving discrepancies isn’t just a task — it’s a responsibility that directly safeguards financial integrity and business performance.Beyond daily operations, I’m driven by curiosity and problem-solving. I try to stay abreast with the latest trends, simplify complex processes, prioritize tasks effectively, and constantly ask: how can processes be faster, smarter, more reliable?
