To ensure Physical presence is maintained on the floor to support the business.1) Cost Control Management- Management of vendors like Labor, Security, Housekeeping, Building Management System (BMS)manpower cost, and Overtime Cost.2) Payroll & Statutory Compliance & Lifecycle of the employee- Handling Life cycle management of the employees and Disciplinary Actions.3) Employee Grievances Handling- Timely resolution of employee queries related to Mediclaim, PF, ESIC, and Reimbursements. Salary advances and leave benefits.4) Effective establishment & management of processes- To Develop and modify the SOP for the betterment of the Organization.5) Building Management System- To Ensure that All the BMS parameters are maintained.6) Security- Develop and implement security policies, protocols, and procedures. Control budgets for security operations and monitor expenses.
