Performing Stock reconciliation activity for Refined Metals (Europe & Middle East) & Concentrates (Africa) to match the stock in our system & warehouse to report any discrepancies observed to the Higher management & Accounting Team.• Arranging Stock Inspections on Monthly basis to get the warehouse inspected for all the material stored & to highlight the observations withOperators & Ops Managers (Appointing Inspection agencies, co-ordination with warehouse & making payments to Inspection agencies for Inspection cost).• Preparing custom invoices for Turkey & Other Regions for custom clearance purpose.• Handling container claims for Refined Metals (Aluminium) to get the waivers on the invalid charges applied on the shipments by Liner.• Arranging for Container Road Manifest Document (CMR) from Transporters to arrange the payment on time to Suppliers.• Preparation of Insurance Certificates based on Inputs from Ops for the Shipments to Counterparty.• Issuing Timely & Accurate VAT invoice, Rent invoices & sales invoices for Concentrates & Refined Metals to Counterparty for arrangement of paymentson Time.• Raising POs for payment of invoices to suppliers/CP & offsetting the invoices in the system.• Preparation of documents like Delivery Notes, Packing List, Certification of Origin & Analysis on company\'s letterhead required for custom purposes.• Performing monthly pricing checks to ensure deliveries are made to CP as per contractual agreement.• Avoiding & Arresting revenue leakages by checking & approving the Inspection invoices from Inspection Agencies.• Updating system for Intercompany transactions getting payment arranged as well as preparation of all the necessary documents required.• Sharing the Pre-alerts for the shipments on time arriving at the Warehouse to avoid any extra charges.
