With over 4+ years of experience in recruitment, I’ve been dedicated to finding and placing exceptional talent that helps organizations grow. After completing my MBA in HR from VTU in 2018, I embarked on a journey in talent acquisition that has allowed me to work closely with businesses in diverse industries, particularly IT. My approach to recruitment is grounded in understanding the needs of both candidates and employers, ensuring the right match not only in skills but also in culture and vision. At Varite, where I’ve been working since December 2023, my focus is on managing end-to-end recruitment processes (Contract to Hire). I specialize in sourcing top candidates through various channels, including social media platforms, which allow me to connect with talent that might otherwise go unnoticed. Every day presents an opportunity to learn more about the ever-evolving recruitment landscape, and I’m constantly adapting to new tools and technologies to streamline hiring processes and deliver value to the businesses I partner with.
