I have spent 20+ years in the digitally enabled corporate learning space.In my current role, I head a high performing team of designers and developers who are leveraging AI, rapid development tools and other technology platforms to transform domain learning experiences for our strong frontline associates and impact business outcomes for our clients. We work across multiple geos and industry verticals such as Healthcare, BFSI, CMT, and Ed Tech. The key metrics we have in our target are Speed to Competence (we have consistently delivered 20% improvement), NPS and quality metrics.Previously, I have worked in some of the Fortune 500 MNCs, supporting on-the-floor performance, be it day-to-day operations or new product/system launches.I have set up Content CoE teams in these organizations and have led them to create award winning work within the first year of operation across multiple organizations.I have also led highly creative teams developing innovative solutions such as Games, Simulations, AR/VR/3D immersive experiences, and digital experience centers for Fortune 500 clients. This broad-based experience has given me a unique advantage – I can think of cutting edge creative and digital learning solutions at scale, to impact real business outcomes. The strengths I bring to the table are strategic thinking, business understanding, people leadership, technology savviness and design innovation.Some of my work involves the following:a. I have led LMS (Sumtotal, SuccessFactors) implementation for frontline employees.b. My teams have transformed curricula to make them gamified and multi-modal to deliver real dollar outcomes in terms of Speed to Competence and Accuracy Improvements.c. I have led the design and implementation of performance support tools such as Decision Trees.d. My team is already working with AI/GenAI tools for creating innovative learning content at scale.The first valuable lesson I have learned in this two-decade long journey is the power of collaboration. Every mega project I have led or been in the core team has been achieved by the contribution of a diverse team. The second valuable lesson I have learned is to be curious about every new development, be open to learn/unlearn/relearn and be agile.I continue to be passionate about learning and helping people build careers.
