My role focuses on maintaining clean and balanced customer ledgers by analyzing remittance information, matching payments to invoices, and resolving unapplied or unidentified cash items.I work closely with internal teams such as Collections, Billing, and Deductions to ensure smooth cash flow and accurate financial reporting. By reconciling accounts and investigating short payments, overpayments, and chargebacks, I help reduce outstanding items and improve the overall efficiency of the O2C cycle.Proficient in tools like SAP, Oracle, and Excel, I ensure daily bank reconciliations, monitor customer accounts for discrepancies, and follow up promptly to maintain data integrity. My approach is analytical, detail-oriented, and process-driven, with a strong focus on meeting deadlines and supporting business goals.Through consistent accuracy and collaboration, I contribute to effective working capital management and play a key role in maintaining healthy customer relationships and organizational profitability.
