At Meesho, I lead a 40+ PMs org and oversee broad charters involvingUser experiences: All post-order experiences impacting Users satisfaction on the platform including Order journey, Returns, Refund, Delivery quality, Support experiences incl. genAI initiatives.Seller experiences: All journeys impacting Sellers satisfaction on the platform including their returns, claims, payout processes & the policies of the same.Logistics systems: My team is building all forward, reverse logistics components powering the Meesho supply chain. We are also innovating on our own next-gen low-cost supply chain Valmo.Trust & Quality: Key focus areas include overseeing the risk in the platform overall, getting more proactive in our preventative fraud controls through data-science and product initiatives.Platform Quality: Ensuring Users have great quality experiences with their products in the platform that make them return for more!
