I am currently working as a Management Trainee – MIS & CRM at Panasonic Life Solutions India, supporting sales operations within the B2B & B2G business environment.In my role, I assist with Salesforce (SFDC) data updates, opportunity tracking, and the preparation of basic MIS and performance reports used for internal sales monitoring. My responsibilities focus on data accuracy, consistency, and documentation, while learning how structured sales processes are managed in a large organization.Over the past few months, I have been gaining hands-on exposure to CRM systems, reporting formats, and internal sales workflows, helping me understand the role of reliable data in day-to-day sales monitoring and reviews.With an academic background in Chemistry and exposure to sales and marketing roles during my MBA journey, I bring an analytical mindset and strong attention to detail to my work. I am currently focused on building a strong foundation in MIS, CRM, and Salesforce, with a long-term interest in growing into roles aligned with Business Analysis or Data Analysis.
