Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resources with 10 years of rich experience as a HR Generalist in Leadership role (HR, IR & Admin), I have worked as plant HR & Admin functioning in execution role being process owner and now moved to strategic Corporate HR role assuming responsibility as business partner and stakeholder of the business. Examine business processes and workflows to find out how they can be improved or automated. They also help in facilitating process workshops and document any information elicited using process maps and business requirements documents.
