Now, I eagerly anticipate each new puzzle to solve.Recently, I’ve had the immense pride of joining a fledgling startup as their Founding Engineer (engineer #1). In this capacity, I\'ve successfully led several intricate projects in a fast-paced environment, ensuring timely and technically-sound releases on our journey to launching our MVP. Notably, our \'Onboarding\' and \'Profiles\' releases not only provided users with early access but also strategically aligned with our business objectives, resulting in over 10K users in just a few months. Within the startup landscape, I\'ve worn multiple hats – from technical leadership to product development, market research to infrastructure design, and beyond. My role has since evolved into a dual position as both Engineering Manager to our team of 5 engineers and overseer of our UX designer and design roadmap.Prior to this, I honed my skills at Handshake, where I contributed to various projects ranging from streamlining internal workflows to spearheading large-scale redesigns. With a diverse background including roles as an Artistic Director, mathematics teacher, and dog groomer, I bring a wealth of valuable skills applicable to any role.
