As a Manager on the Hire & Onboarding team my #1 goal is to provide a smooth and seamless onboarding experience for new hires entering the bank. I am passionate about what I do and always try to find ways to make processes more efficient. A critical key to success in anything I do is to plan ahead and lead by example.
