   Worked on several projects namely SIM card Activation flow, NST migration, Telesales launch,Responsys switch from Adobe email triggers and new Republic Wireless web portal testing. Tested Activation flow by calling ATT and Ericsson APIs using Postman. Migrated over 100K+ customers from NST(Network Switching Technology) Bandwidth customer to T-Mobile network using automated workflow. Perform Database testing using SQL queries to validate the Accounts, Points and Rewards associated with the existing legacy Customers and Clients. Switching from My notification by Adobe to Responsys(Oracle) notification for a new customerexperience and for business requirements. Experienced with Agile (Scrum) methodology approach.
