About Priya Mali
As a Senior Associate - program at upGrad, I manage the end-to-end logistics, operations for all the immersion programs at upgrad. I work with multiple teams and vendors to ensure the smooth delivery and quality of the experience for the learners. I also plan and execute strategies to increase the retention and satisfaction rates of the learners, as well as the revenue and profitability of the immersion programs. I have been working at upGrad since Sept 2021, starting as an Associate Student success, Operations and then becoming an Senior Associate - program in May 2022. I have mastered in customer service, operations, business management, and planning. I am passionate about online education and its potential to transform lives and careers.
