I’ve always been drawn to understanding how things work — not just the technology itself, but the people, processes, and decisions behind it. That curiosity naturally shaped my journey into Business Analysis, where I get to turn complexity into clarity and help organizations transform the way they operate.My career began in IT operations, managing incidents, digging into root causes, and learning how even a small process gap can ripple across an entire business. Those early years at NTT Data and Hexaware taught me discipline, ownership, and the importance of structured problem-solving. I learned how to stay calm in high-pressure situations, lead cross-functional conversations, and translate technical realities into business impact.As I moved into Business Analysis roles at Teleperformance, TCS, Deloitte, and now HCL Technologies, my work shifted from reactive problem-solving to proactive transformation. I discovered how powerful it is to partner closely with business stakeholders, listen deeply, and turn their challenges into well-designed workflows, BRDs, FRDs, and user stories that bring real, measurable change.One of the most defining parts of my journey has been leading Loan Origination System (LOS) revamp projects across BFSI organizations. I’ve worked with Credit, Risk, Compliance, Operations, and Technology teams to map 50+ lending processes, integrate with third-party systems, and drive end-to-end requirement lifecycles. Seeing application processing times improve, straight-through processing rise to 85%, manual interventions drop by 40%, and adoption hit 95% after go-live — those moments remind me why I do what I do.Whether I’m facilitating a workshop, designing a target-state workflow, collaborating with architects, validating APIs, supporting data migration, or helping QA build strong UAT coverage, I bring a mix of structure, empathy, and clarity.
