As a Human Resources Generalist at EncureIT Systems, I manage the full cycle of recruitment, payroll, and employee relations for the company. I have successfully hired and onboarded multiple candidates for various positions, including but not limited to Sr PHP & Laravel, Android, iOS, Angular, Flutter, Servicenow, Reactnative, DotNet, JAVA, Salesforce, BA, BDE/BDM, etc through various platforms and channels.
