Handling complete procurement processes - requisition, purchase order, vendor registration, approval matrix etc. for vendor creation/ modification, PO creation, reports generation, etcSourcing Strategy implementation and communication plan, Supplier management plan. Handling contract, AMC/CMC,vendor, MIS, and database management. Handling budgeting and forecasting of all the procurement on an annual basis in consultation with the program department. Providing training to the end users associated with the device about the functioning, handling and applications of the equipment. By taking immediate action to minimise the time of the equipment under high-priority maintenance. Implementation and Maintenance of Quality in Biomedical activities in order to achieve certification of international and National Standard (NABH,NABL)Well verse with regulatory standards (AERB, PNDT). Developing (CAPX) for medical equipment.Parts of the Purchase committee functions to prepare technical comparison of medical equipment and negotiate the best price of the same bases upon the technical,functional & utilisation of the organization.Ensure patient safety and result in accuracy by measures like periodic calibration and periodic safety checklist.
