ABOUT PRITY KUMARI

I am a dedicated and adaptable fresh law graduate with an insatiable curiosity for the legal world. Despite not being from an NLU, my academic path has been characterized by intense dedication and a proactive commitment to mastering legal concepts. I am incredibly passionate about translating theoretical knowledge into practical solutions and am open to exploring a wide range of legal avenues. I am especially keen to develop expertise in real estate law, focusing on property transactions, conveyancing and dispute resolution related to land. My interest in general corporate law includes understanding the legalities of business operations, corporate compliance and drafting essential agreements. Furthermore, I am intrigued by the complexities of competition law, particularly market analysis and the enforcement of anti-trust regulationsSimultaneously, I possess a strong desire to engage with real-world legal disputes through litigation, specifically in areas concerning consumer protection, contractual breaches and property law.Crucially, I am a firm believer in the power of Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) mechanisms, such as mediation and conciliation, for achieving practical and sustainable outcomes and I am eager to explore their application across various legal domains.My resilience, sharp analytical mind and eagerness to learn make me confident in my ability to thrive in challenging legal environments, whether in a corporate setting or a courtroom.
