Ensure coordinated delivery of products, projects, and platform through effective product development & management, cross-functional and stakeholder communication, system integration, verification & validation, and solution delivery.\\\\n• Report into CTO, and work in an agile team to develop & manage 6+ products, 20+ projects, and platforms.\\\\n• Collaborate with peers, Software Engineering Managers, Technical Product Managers, Scrum Master, Resource Managers, Program Manager, Sales, Business Segment Leaders to plan, deliver, and meet customer needs.\\\\n• Leading and motivating large cross-functional teams by providing clear roadmaps and vision, while empowering others to contribute great value.\\\\n• Develop technology department plan, strategy, processes, CapEx, OpEx, and priorities.\\\\n• Interview and hire resources across Asia, and North America for Sr. Project Managers, TPM, Software Architects, Software Engineers, Software Quality Analyst, Automation Analyst, and Product Owners\\\\n• Manage and interact with executives to communicate the progress, and strategy.\\\\n• Translate customer needs into function requirements, epics, stories, features, technical requirements, ensures the delivery. Respond to prospective customer RPPs and design POCs for the customer demonstration.\\\\n• Design technical solution architecture, AWS Cloud architecture, and development for Digital Solution products\\\\n\\\\nTools & Technology: Agile, Scrum, IoT, Java, Python 3.x, REST API, Microservices, AWS and Microsoft Azure Cloud, Angular, MySQL, GitHub, Docker, JIRA, confluence, Redis, C#, Kafka, VMware ESXI, Virtualization\\\\n\\\\nController, renewable, EV, Virtualization, Energy Storage, Solar, Microgrid, Protocols, Product Management, Product Development, Cloud Computing, Events, IoT, Software Engineering, FAT, SAT, Engineering, Vendor Management, Product and Project requirements, Integration\\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n
