WHAT MOTIVATES ME - As a TA specialist, I am passionate about \'CANDIDATE & HM EXPERIENCE\'! Regardless of the level (recent graduate or experienced), every candidate is a voice of feedback. I envision myself to be a part of a collaborative TA team that believes in walking an extra mile for their candidates while being true talent advisors to my stakeholders (hiring managers). I enjoy finding the right talent and the ideal fit for a specific opening. As much as I love to present passive candidates an amazing opportunity, it is also rewarding to help a hiring manager find the right talent for their team. And for the company finding the right person means more revenue to make! WHAT IS MY COMMUNITY INVOLVEMENT - I partner with local Panera with supplying left-over food at local Soup Kitchen (Elijah\'s) & volunteer at Animal shelters & Go Green Initiatives (I have pledged to plant 100 trees every year) So far have planted over 300 Trees & counting -)!
