In case of any missing details lies with requestor.• Working closely with the Various work stream to resolve process issues and obtain required information to process the termination. Like with T&A for employee vacation pay out details, Payroll team, Excycomp team and many other team.• We are responsible to create all the required leaver document and make sure it should be signed by HRAD and respective employee on given time span.• Responsible for Vacation pay out calculation and coordinating with London Payroll team for employee’s payment• Addressing employees’ queries related to My Performance, My Learning and all general HR Adhoc/queries.• Addressing employees’ queries, ensure 100% compliance with the documentation.• Providing timely and accurate information to employees by clarifying issues, researching answers, and escalating unresolved problem.• Also solely responsible for (RIF)termination for UK region. Which includes creation of various types of letters and reports.• Working closely with the SME to Insure that all the content used by the team are updated, keep up to date with process changes. Weekly Calls (Process Related) with SME, updating weekly call tracker.• Training new joiners CRM, OneHRIS, Time and Leave Tracker, My Performance, My Learning Application and existing team member (cross-training)• Performed UAT testing - Time and Leave Tracker and CRM application.
