Senior business leader with 30+ experience in building and scaling GCC\'s in the IT, BPO, KPO, Research and Data Analytics and Legal Services domains with global teams in 7 countries with the GCC team sizes ranging from to 3500 FTE\'s. Pioneered and incubated new services ranging from $2M to $150M in the areas of Commercial Lending, Compliance, Fund Marketing, Editorial, Back Office and Legal areas. Drove a strategic transformation of my organization from a call center service provider to value added back office and knowledge services business leading to new revenues of $150M. Doubled revenues and head count within 4 years of highly specialized research and analytics GCC. Set up a coveted credit ratings GCC with 150 headcount from scratch. Also helped mid-sized GCC\'s scale up their centres to see successful M&A. Drove double digit EBIDTA growth/cost control through a combination of revenue maximization, organizational restructure, technology, supply chain, cost rationalization and change management initiatives. I have a growth mindset and have successfully handled business development for Process Consulting, IT, BPO, KPO and Legal Services. I have been part of the Executive Committee of many firms and managed corporate support functions during my tenure including IT, ISMS, Infrastructure, Marketing, Sales Support and HR in addition to the core business functions.Specialties: Scaling Global Capability Centres (GCC) with a $100+M P&L (3500 FTE) primarily in the Financial Services domain and driving transformation programs leading to client satisfaction and institutional scale service excellence.
