Worked at Wipro leading HR charter as SVP- CHRO- Wipro Enterprise Futuring, Wipro Limited, anchoring HR leadership function for the Enterprise Applications, Data -Analytics and Intelligence (DAAI), Digital Operations and Cyber-Security and Risk Services Service lines globally.along with end to end charter for Talent Supply Chain(TSC) for Digital Operations and Platforms(DOP). Enterprise Futuring had 130k+ employee base across 40 plus countries, delivering to 700 plus global customers, with 37% Gender Diversity, and communicating in 30 plus languages. Have been operating virtually since March 2020, and leading the transformation and Organizational Change efforts for the unit. The business is complex, risk prone, with high volumes of transactions across our Apps, Data, AI, Digital experience, BPO, and Cyber-Security units, having the talent spectrum from entry-level associates, to niche, domain and process oriented high end talent.
