During my around eight years of experience in paint technology, I had been associated with following fields, Projects and activities in INDOLAC PAINT-ICI PFR, Gurgaon, Haryana from Jun 2008 to Early Feb 2011-1) R&D - Development of Premium and economy emulsion paint, Cement base Putty, Emulsion base texture finishes, Glossy Pearl finish and Lime stucco2) Production - Stablized above products and compliance with status reports 3) Quality Control - made specification of raw materials and finish goods. 4) Development of software related to procurement of raw materials to dispatch of finish goods, got rewarded for the same.5) Development of software so as to make out profitability of all finish goodsSubsequently appointed in Nippon Paint, Automotive refinish, Delhi during early Feb 11 as Technical officer and onwards elevated to Development executive in Oct 12, where I undertook various mega projects viz.1) Wood care finish- PU Sealer, PU Matt clear2) Composite-UP Putty - economy range, premium, Body filler3) TPA Basecoat 4) Handling of AUTOMATIC TINTING SYSTEM MACHINE5) Design NC, Epoxy bases for automatic tinting system6) Premium and economy NC Topcoats 7) 1 K Check Putty 8) NC Putty9) Ope-rationalization of Sigma Kneader
