Currently pursuing MBA at University Canada West, I am dedicated to delving into the technical facets of HR, with a focus on augmenting my proficiency in HR systems and tools. My academic foundation includes a Bachelor\'s degree in Business Management from Manipal Academy of Higher Education. Before joining UCW, I worked as a HRSS Specialist at IQVIA, a global leader in life sciences analytics, technology, and research. There, I managed HR responsibilities across India, US, and Canada, using Workday and SAP modules to ensure data accuracy and compliance. I also supported the recruitment, payroll, and benefits processes for over employees.Additionally, I leveraged my talent analytics skills to generate reports and insights on key HR metrics, such as attrition, retention, performance, and engagement, and provided recommendations to improve employee satisfaction and productivity. I collaborated with various stakeholders, such as managers, business partners, and vendors, to deliver quality HR services and solutions that aligned with the company\'s objectives and values.I have obtained multiple certifications, such as Six Sigma Green Belt and SAP Certified Application Associate, to demonstrate my proficiency and adaptability in the HR domain. I also have a strong cultural awareness and a comprehensive understanding of various expectations and preferences, thanks to my exposure to diverse locations and contexts. I aspire to leverage my extensive experience and competencies to add value and drive success for any organization I work with.
