I use deign thinking to solve problems and have helped building products for : Vedantu, Resonance, TCS, Lupin Digital Health, Turno, Tata Nexarc, Logiqids etc. Built the Auriga Design Team from scratch to 10 members and leading them.My skills : Team leading and goal planning, team grooming, hiring, ideation, solution strategising, brainstorming, user journey maps, flowcharts, wireframing, UI Design, prototyping, User research (interviews and surveys), affinity maps, usability testing (functional level). Created DesignKul UX Design community : To help the society, building a non-profit UX/UI design community to help designers connect, meet and grow. Have conducted multiple design events under it such as workshops, meetups, get together sessions, portfolio reviews etc. Built the Auriga design team from scratch. Mentored Design students from IIT and UPES Dehradun. Serving as a visiting faculty for design students in different colleges viz VGU, JNU, JU, ADY Patil university etc. Participated in Sarva national designathon conducted by f1Studioz. Scored 3rd position out of 100 teams. Been the guest of honor multiple times for Vivekanand Global University (VGU)\'s annual design fest \"Encode\". Been a jury member for the Designathon conducted by Vivekanand Global University.
