Contributing as System Engineer for DNOX(ENS-2) team for Passenger car and Light duty application - Complete support for development, calibration and validation for Diesel NOx reduction system (Denoxtronic)- Taking ownership in V-model process and system development activities •Requirement Engineer •System Assessment •FMEA - SFMEA and IFMEA •Risk Assessment analysis •PLM - Product Life cycle Management - Working with CFT’s for any product design, application or field issues- Calibrating and verifying the functional behavior of systems like DNOX DM 3.4 & 3.6 and SM 5.3 baseline- As per AIS137 amendment legislative standards, validated the AdBlue tank calibrations to improve tank level inducement- Responsible in handling Bosch Exhaust Gas Treatment, Diesel Exhaust Fluid, NOx sensor- Experienced in test level activities on the vehicles and as well as test rig- Documented test results, system improvements and prepared technical reports with findings and recommendations- Communicate with ECU SENT protocol through CAN, LIN, Ethernet- Utilization of tools like INCA, CANalyzer, CANDia - Field issues support to major OEM\'s like TML, FML, M&M, VECV, AL, MHEL
