   Project Initiation, management IT-DR Solution Designing, and Implementation - Conceptualize, architect & strategies BCP - DR initiative for the Bank. Study the Application architecture and critical business processes for a production setup, and identify DR solutions for the application to maintain the business continuity process as per Bank’s standards. •Implement the complete end-to-end solution including automation of switchover, switchback, failover, and fallback applications of HDFC Bank. •Execution of DR Drills - Manage execution of DR drills – SOSB / FOFB to certify an application as DR ready as per bank internal standards regulator and board. Adhere to DR/BCP documents compliance. •Identify and take up lateral projects to support IT DR implementations. e.g. Business process automation, improved data replication methodologies, implementation of DNS-based solutions for routing interfaces & users seamlessly to alternate sites.•Conduct consolidated DR drills to simulate full data center disaster recovery. Simulate partial disaster recovery. Coordinate with IT, Business, operations, vendor teams, audit, information security, and other stakeholders.•As part of the IT DR Solutions team, manage the new solution implementation for various new applications and migration of the existing application to new platforms.•Business Continuity Plan Exercise, Audit, and Maintenance - Establish, implement, monitor, exercise/test, maintain, and improve the effectiveness of the Bank’s BCP-DR program.
