Responsibilities Overall responsbile for Line, Process & WTP.* Responsible for line operation Tetrapak, RGB & PET.* Tetrapak packaging integrity testing - L.S, T.S. Dye test, Dissolve test, conductivity test, syringe test etc.* testing of CSD products as per required frequency.* online pet bootle testing parameters ( weight distribution, torque, thickness, base clearance) etc.* testing of glass bottles parameters ( net content, filling temp.cooling temp.date code etc.)* Responsible for Syrup manufacturing process and testing- brix, ph, acidity, density, TOA etc.* bottle washer parameter testing caustic, Horolith, caustic carryover, MB test, etc.* WTP chemical preparation & testing as per coagulation system.* Water parameter testing - PH, TDS, total hardness, Ca H, alkanity, 2p-m, chlorine,Iron, chloride, sulphate etc.* Direct responsible for raw syrup preparation and testing- brix, Ph, sediment, floc, ICUMSA.* Direct responsible for Lab equipment calibration as per defined frequency.* also responsible for internal calibration of pressure gauge, temperature gauge, weighing balance etc.* maintain GMP, GHK* Responsible for root cause analysis and CAPA.* Lab chemical preparation ( Normality, Molarity,%, PPM, W/W, W/V, V/V ).* Chemical prparation & standardization.
