As a positive finance leader with 12 years of work experience, I have developed end-to-end knowledge in order-to-cash processes, including order management, credits, cash applications, dispute management, and collections for both B2B and B2C businesses. I graduated from Calcutta University with a bachelor\'s degree in commerce and I have also obtained six sigma certifications in transition management from Merit Global Training. I am passionate about problem-solving and people development, with a focus on achieving individual and organizational goals. Currently, I work as an Operations Manager at Johnson Controls, where I have handled a team of 15 FTEs for collections and credit management. I have led a transition from Mexico for Credit Management to Pune and from GBC (Gurgaon Business Center) for collections to Pune.
