Strategic Model Validation: Design and execute a live-action research pilot across diverse schools in Maharashtra (including ZP, Tribal, NVS, and Municipal Corporations) to test and validate scalable models. Blueprint Creation & System Development: Develop and refine a replicable system encompassing six multi-sector skill toolkits along with cost-effective delivery models. Policy & Advocacy Leadership: Lead advocacy and organizational convenings with state officials (SCERT, Tribal Dept.) and diverse management bodies to drive consensus on NCF/SCF-aligned skill education and ensure institutionalization of program components beyond the pilot. Resource and Capacity Management: Managed the procurement and deployment of resources and oversee the training of teachers/trainers, ensuring program fidelity and high-quality instruction. Evidence and Impact Generation: Establish a robust Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning (MEL) framework, including a Longitudinal Study and Tech-enabled MIS, to track students and generate data that positions the program for government adoption and long-term sustainability.
