   At Precision Tech Enterprises, I play a key role in ensuring product quality and process efficiency in the design and manufacturing of injection molds and sheet metal components for top-tier OEM clients such as MSIL, Nissan, Renault, and Honda. My responsibilities include:> Quality Management: Leading efforts to resolve quality issues in the assembly lines for critical components like inside door handles and hose assemblies, addressing molding defects, and implementing error-proofing methods to ensure flawless production.> Root Cause Analysis & Continuous Improvement: Managing and analyzing monthly internal rejection data to reduce in-house PPM (parts per million) and prevent recurrence of defects.> New Product Development: Driving the development of new products by incorporating insights from past defect history, ensuring proactive measures are in place to prevent outflow of defects during the start of production (SOP).> Process Revalidation & Audits: Conducting annual product revalidation and process audits, while also supporting Tier 1 customers through system audits to uphold stringent quality standards.> Testing & Documentation: Planning and implementing product testing schedules based on technical specifications, and preparing PPAP and APQP documentation in phase-wise formats to meet customer requirements.> Customer & Supplier Relations: Engaging directly with customers like MSIL, SMG, and RNAIPL to resolve complaints and close defects using A3 and A4 reports, while also coordinating supplier visits to address and resolve issues.> Continuous Improvement & FMEA: Facilitating yearly updates to FMEA, ensuring alignment with company procedures, and supporting engineering change approvals via the MSIL extranet for ECNs, deviations, and process changes.
