With over 16 years of experience in HR functions, I am currently the VP Human Resources at Nova Techset, a leading provider of publishing and digital solutions. I hold a Post Graduate degree in HR & IR and have rich expertise in HR strategies, organisation design, buliding performance culture, succession planning, team leadership, budgeting, resource planning, talent acquisition strategies and practices, resource development etc. Having worked with US, European and Asian Organisation strongly promoted and upbring Culture, Values and Integrity in organisation.
